This classic satchel is carefully handmade in England from the finest quality leather, using traditional British expert craftsmanship.
The matching colour cable stitching and the silver nickel buckles give it that perfect finish. This timeless satchel is big on style; it can be used as a shoulder and a cross-body bag and comes with an adjustable cross-body / shoulder strap.
You can personalise your bag by adding a top handle, magnetic fastenings instead of buckles and even backpack straps. Add a strap slider to make carrying your satchel more comfortable, request a shorter strap or have your name laser engraved onto your satchel in a choice of 4 fonts. Refund Policy
Returns
Our returns policy is very simple and also consistent with our ethos, to maximise savings for our customers.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept returns. We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return the product starting from the day of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.
We do not accept returns after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unuse, unaltered and in original packaging.
In some very rare cases, some types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes products that are intimate or sanitary-one time use in nature, and other such products.
Where a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated before purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once in your account you will be able to see your purchases and make a return request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
Did we confirm that we are refunding you? If that is not the case, then get in touch right away and get some clarity on the matter. See email below.
If you did get a confirmation from us, first you must give it time (10 Days Max). In most cases this resolves the issue.
If you haven’t received your refund after this, contact your bank or credit card company.

Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our product lines, like for like exchanges are subject to stock availability and therefore not guaranteed. We do accept exchanges for another product of the same value. If you wish to exchange an item please email sales@lovethybargains.com with all relevant information and you will be notified if it is possible. You will then proceed to start the shipping process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
