Trendy shape with a push lock closing and little handle makes it a perfect bag to complement your favourite outfit, complete with a front internal zipped pocket. The strap is adjustable and detachable allowing the bag to be worn on your shoulder, cross body or carried by the top handle.

24 HOUR DISPATCH MON-FRI 

If you order on Friday your purchase will be shipped on the following Monday.

Any orders made during holidays will be shipped on the next available working day. This applies to orders made a day before the holiday. 

We aim to get your purchases to you within 4 working days (UK Mainland and Northern Ireland) 

EU (Including Republic of Ireland) - Up to 10 working days. 

Rest of the world - Up to 14 working days.

Refund Policy

Returns

Our returns policy is very simple and also consistent with our ethos, to maximise savings for our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to accept returns. We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days to return the product starting from the day of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected by this.

We do not accept returns after 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was sent out in. 

In some very rare cases, some types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes  products that are intimate or sanitary-one time use in nature, and other such products. Where a product is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated before purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping 
To return your product, drop us a quick email with your the postcode we sent the item to and your name. We will send you a prepaid trackable return label within the hour, to your email. You will need a printer to print the label and attach to the package. Please secure the parcel properly to avoid damage during shipping.

If you cannot print the label, we can send you a code to print at the drop off shop, if one is available near you. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 10 days. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lovethybargains.com. 

Exchanges 
Due to the limited nature of our product lines, like for like exchanges are subject to stock availability and therefore not guaranteed. We do accept exchanges for another product of the same value.  If you wish to exchange an item please email info@lovethybargains.com with all relevant information and you will be notified if it is possible. You will then proceed to start the shipping process. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
